The Constant-Q design with extremely accurate center frequencies ensures that the bandwidth of each individual filter will be narrow enough to avoid unnecessary interaction between filters, yet still create a curve wide enough to produce the precision processing you seek. 20mm oil-dampened slide potentiometers are graphically positioned at 1/3-octave ISO frequencies between 25Hz and 20kHz. Incorporates independent variable high- and low-pass filters that offer even greater precision in tailoring the signal. Also features automatic relay bypass of audio--essential if power to the unit is lost. Rugged construction and solid performance make the 451 perfect for fixed installation or live sound systems. Other features include variable input level control, clip level indicator, ground lift switch, selectable line voltage, selectable Scale Switching, active balanced and unbalanced connections, and RFI filtering. Passive bypass switch allows direct comparison between the EQd and non-EQd signal.
